This program provides insurance benefits (health, dental and life) for current and certain former elected state E-Pay officials and the employees under their jurisdiction, employees of state agencies, boards, commissions and universities who work at least a 50% work schedule, as well as retirees and annuitants of these entities. Additional optional programs include the Medical Care Assistance Plan (MCAP), the Dependent Care Assistance Plan (DCAP), the Commuter Savings Program (CSP), Deferred Compensation, et. al.
